Mission Statement

St. Zachary's Haven is a sanctuary for renewal and restoration. We provide clean, safe housing and support compassionate recovery within a farm setting for individuals struggling with addiction.

About Us

Serving Men in Recovery

We provide a structured, supportive community living environment designed specifically for men in recovery. Our property offers housing across two historic buildings, each featuring shared kitchens, bathrooms, and comfortable common areas that encourage connection. In addition to safe, stable housing, residents receive case management and peer support to help navigate recovery goals, employment, and personal growth. Our barn serves as a central gathering space for community meetings, peer groups, and educational programming—fostering a strong sense of community and shared purpose every day.

Farm Living in a Special Setting

Located on 13 scenic acres in rural Warren County, Ohio, our farm offers a unique blend of peaceful surroundings and active, recovery-focused living. We sit directly along the Little Miami River and Loveland Bike Trail, providing easy access to miles of outdoor recreation, and our property features a stocked pond with fishing poles available, an in-ground swimming pool, and a dedicated exercise room. Residents also have the opportunity to engage with the land through gardening and animal care, as we grow vegetables and raise animals right here on the farm. Products from our farm are shared with the community through our on-site Haven Market, creating a meaningful connection between our residents and the broader community while reinforcing purpose and responsibility in recovery.

Our Difference

At our sober living farm, recovery goes beyond abstinence—it becomes a way of life rooted in purpose, responsibility, and connection. What sets us apart is our flexible, community-centered approach, where residents are encouraged to participate in the daily rhythm of farm life. Whether engaging in hands-on activities like caring for animals and working the land or focusing on employment, education, and personal goals off-site, each resident has the opportunity to build structure, accountability, and confidence in a way that fits their journey. Surrounded by a peaceful, natural environment, our program fosters genuine peer support, personal growth, and real-world life skills—helping residents create a recovery that is both sustainable and meaningful.
